  1. Good points made. Training is meaningless when it doesn’t bring results, and it takes a lot to make training effective.
    Still, even with well-thought out training programs, employees easily lose the newly gained knowledge if they don’t put it to use or review. And while not all employees can have a strong enough motivation to review on their own, eLearning portals or mobile apps with training&reviewing features (like in this concept of an HR employee app) can actually get employees to regularly brush up on their skills and knowledge.
