  1. Great article! I totally agree about the need to incorporate additional intervention programs with EAP. Every organization has it’s own culture. Leaders must know their culture and not be afraid to think outside of the box!

  3. I didn’t know much about EAPs until my wife’s experience with one called E4 Health. Even the littlest thing like encouraged exerceise and extra breaks for exercise during the day are a benefit to her. E4 Health helps her with her weight, and she’s not had one absence at work in almost two years.

  4. Interesting to see trends affecting Employer priorities, but still a little disheartening to see such little usage of their EAP by employees. As a publisher of workplace helplines, many EAPs rely on some of these in the financial assistance category.
