  1. You might want to step just a hair away from being angry and socially woke and think perhaps for a moment where these questions come from. Based on your rhetoric you don’t seem to have the slightest understanding of these people’s function in an organization.

    The duty of most likely everyone asking that question coming from a publicly held company is shareholder profits. That’s it. Everything else they do (including diversity) is merely a means to that end. At the end of the day they need to be able to go to their shareholders and demonstrate that what they did was in service of those profits.

    You might try understand where people’s questions are coming from before you enumerate their sins from the street corner blissfully ignorant of the actual evil that brought about such questions.
