  1. I would recommend fixing the headline to be more precise and linguistically accurate: it’s “gender reassignment” not “sex reassignment.”

    1. Hey there, “sexual reassignment” is what the process is usually refered to ask, though personally I wish “gender congruence” would catch on.

The language about sex and gender has evolved very quickly in the past few decades. These days, sex refers to one’s physical features, while gender is being used to reflect one’s sense of self.

If you have any questions, please feel free to ask!

  3. And what general or specific benefits accrue to any organization when they recruit someone from the LGBT community? Moreover, why would it benefit either the employer or the LGBT person to revel one’s sexual proclivities? This is all insane. I suppose that soon we will be recruiting people for no other reason than they are attracted to a member of another species. Can people not just come to work based on their qualifications, get promoted based on their merit, and not bring into either equation their sexuality, race or gender? We need to get back to a level playing field. Either you can do the job and get along with others, or you can’t. Quit hiding behind whatever curtain it is that you think will get you a job or allow to keep your job despite your personal failings and behaviors. I’m sick of this crap, and I suspect there are many others out there who feel the same way.
