As I discussed in my Linkedin blog last month, American workers are being asked to reconsider the very concept of “retirement.” Between Social Security insolvency, longevity and persistent low interest rates Americans will shoulder more late-stage lifetime care costs than any ever before. Employers who are attentive and responsive to these pressing concerns will have a leg-up in the competition for succeeding talent.
