  3. What if you haven’t worked for a company yet and when you do your regular pre-employment drug screening, they also ask for a post-accident screening? Is this because I’ll be driving for them? The woman doing the testing was really confused as to why they were doing that. What are they looking for?

  4. What if the accident or incident has property damage only? Can we send out for testing as a protocol or do we have to establish probable cause? Can the employee be terminated if testing positive in addition to causing the damage?
