And once again the root problem here is that everyone has been brainwashed into thinking that (1) it is always wrong to discriminate and (2) morality and ethics have no place in the workplace if they are not the morality and ethics of a radical minority group, or of a majority of the population. Not to mention that all these decisions completely ignore the 1st Amendment to the Constitution.

  2. You need to study up on the laws of logic. Your statement that “And when an employer discriminates against a gay or lesbian employee, that employer is inherently discriminating based on the employee’s choice of sexual partner, which equals discrimination based on gender” simply is not logically true. Thus, your statement “To view it any other way is intellectually dishonest” applies more to you than to those who disagree with you.
