Recruitment marketing programs must be aligned with the organization’s overall brand platform. External messages need to reinforce and complement the brand, not conflict with it. The values you embody as a workforce should be consistent with customers’ perceptions of your organization and its products and services. It’s yet another instance when HR and marketing departments need to be working together.
