I get it that personalization is a key. I’m not sure how employees would feel if they realized we employed a software platform to grab information from social media to determine what to give. It sounds a bit creepy, and a little bit of an invasion of their private space. I know for myself I would feel a bit odd, and suspicious of what other data my employer was grabbing.
