  1. We are using bio-metric finger readers for time and attendance as described in this article. The technology we deploy in NO WAY records, stores or otherwise retains the actual fingerprint image. Through an algorithm, our technology instantly converts the bio-metric finger image into a number. The number is what is stored in the system. Mr, Castle, in your opinion would this process comply with BIPA standards and therefore not be subject to the statutory provisions?
