      1. this information is public access, anyone can get it off the internet. how can it be illegal to pass that on?

  1. i Work at the VA and I am a disabled veteran. I have been harassed and discriminated against for a solid 2 years by my employer. Yesterday I learned that while he worked at a state mental health facility he molested a 16 year old girl in his care. Now that I am on FMLA, (I am a prior rape survivor and sensitive to such an issue) what recourse have I that the VA elevated him to the status of supervisor in a secure facility over women.
