What game change…Pay for performance was a 90’s practice that was largely responsible for creating a me attitude and not team.Surprised it is being introduced in this time when more and more companies(Microsoft) are moving away from such goal setting. In this day and age it is becoming accepted that such activities including annual reviews are the most detrimental to employee morales. Constant touch points and engagement are far more productive than the old carrot and stick..However great to see the real time tool being used , does it count towards the employee pay and performance?
